Abstract

Uređaj za umjeravanje mjernih pretvornika statičkog momenta sile služi za procjenu ispravnosti i točnosti mjernih pretvornika. Mjerni pretvornici koriste se u različitim granama industrije gdje je potrebno mjeriti moment bilo zbog povratne informacije ili regulacije upravljanja. U sklopu ovog rada objašnjen je princip rada mjernih pretvornika statičkog momenta sile, prezentirano je trenutno stanje sličnih uređaja za umjeravanje u svjetskim laboratorijima i tržištu te je proveden proces koncipiranja i konstruiranja uređaja za umjeravanje. Također, opisan je postupak umjeravanja mjernih pretvornika prema međunarodnoj smjernici EURAMET cg-14 v. 2.0 (03/2011) i normi HRN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 dodatak C kako bi se dobila cjelokupna slika funckioniranja te djelovanja uređaja za umjeravanje.

Abstract (english)

Purpose of the static torque transducer calibration device is to estimate the accuracy and validity of the transducer. Torque transducers are used in various industries where the torque measurement is required either as a feedback or as a control parameter for regulation. This thesis covers work the basic work principles of the static torque transducers, current market state regarding the calibration devices as well as conceptualizing and designing process of the calibration device. In addition, transducer calibration procedure according to international guideline EURAMET cg-14 v. 2.0 (03/2011) and standard HRN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 Annex C is described in order to obtain the full picture of the functioning and calibrating static torque transducers using appropriate calibration device.
