Abstract
U radu je opisan proces elektroerozijske obrade. U prvom dijelu su općenito objašnjeni principi i primjena elektroerozijske obrade. Opisane su dvije najčešće izvedbe alatnih strojeva koji rade na principu elektroerozije, s detaljnijim osvrtom na izvedbe osnovnih pogonskih elemenata. Nadalje, navedene su i objašnjene osnovne komponente svakog elektroerozijskog uređaja. U drugom dijelu rada predloženo je idejno konstrukcijsko riješenje posmičnog prigona uređaja za elektroerozijsku obradu žigom, s pripadajućim izvedbama držača alata za različite vrste elektroda. U sklopu idejnog konstrukcijskog riješenja izrađen je 3D model sklopa posmičnog prigona, kao i odgovarajuća tehnička dokumentacija.
Abstract (english)
Introductory part of the thesis describes fundamental principles of the EDM process and also describes design specifics of different types of EDM machines. Second part of the thesis describes the design characteristics of the die-sinking EDM module. Module is designed using a combination of linear and rotary feed drives, both of which are driven using permanent magnet synchronous motors. Rotary feed drive is equipped with the tool holder designed to be suitable for mounting different types of electrodes, including hole electrode tubes. The whole assembly is designed in a way that allows EDM module to be used independently or to be easily mounted on the existing CNC machines.
