Abstract

U ovom radu izrađen je projekt sustava grijanja, hlađenja i pripreme potrošne tople vode za stambenu zgradu na području grada Korčule prema zadanoj arhitektonskoj podlozi. Zgrada se sastoji od tri apartmana, jednog u prizemlju i dva na katu ukupne korisne površine 212 m2.
Proračun toplinskog opterećenja se vrši za klimatsku zonu grada Hvara s pripradajućim vanjskim projektnim uvjetima, prema normi HRN EN 12831 i pomoću računalnog programa IntegraCAD. Analiza godišnje potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje, hlađenje i pripremu potrošne tople vode vrši se s podacima za grad Split prema normi HRN EN ISO 13790 i pomoću računalnog programa KI Expert Plus.
Usporedbom tri sustava pripreme ogrjevnog i rashladnog medija:

• kotla na biomasu u kombinaciji sa rashladnikom vode

• dizalicom topline tlo-voda

• dizalicom topline zrak-voda

na temelju investicijskih i pogonskih troškova odabran je optimalni sustav.
Sustav grijanja predviđen je kao centralni toplovodni sustav sa prisilnom cirkulacijom gdje se za temeljno zagrijavanje prostorija koristi podno grijanje temperaturnog režima 35/30°C. Za zagrijavanje kupaonica predviđeni su kupaonski radijatori s temperaturama polaza i povrata 40/35°C. Za pokrivanje vršnih opterećenja zimi i hlađenje prostorija ljeti ugrađen je dvocijevni sustav ventilokonvektorskog grijanja/hlađenja. Za pripremu potrošne tople vode ugrađen je akumulacijski sustav sa bivalentnim spremnikom koji će se zagrijavati solarnim kolektorima, uz podršku dodatnog generatora topline. Također je predviđeno dogrijavanje vanjskog bazena solarnim sustavom kada neće biti potrebe za zagrijavanjem PTV-a.

Abstract (english)

With this thesis, a system for heating, cooling and hot water supply is designed, for a residential building in the area of Korčula according to the architectural background. The building consists of three apartments, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor with a total usable area of 212 m2.
By comparing three systems for heating and cooling:

• heating with a biomass boiler in combination with a water chiller

• ground to water heat pump

• air to water heat pump

based on investment and operating costs, choose the optimal system and elaborate it at the level of the main project.
The heating system is designed as a central heating system with forcible circulation, where floor heating operates with a 35/30°C. For bathroom heating, bathroom tubular radiators are foreseen, with operating temperatures 40/35°C. In order to cover the peak loads in winter and cooling the rooms in the summer, a two-pipe fancoil heating/cooling system is envisaged. For the preparation of DHW, a bivalent tank is enviseged for heating with solar collectors and with the support of an additional heat generator. It is also envisaged to warm up an outdoor swimming pool with a solar system when there is no need for DHW heating.
Calculation of the thermal load is done for the climate zone of the town Hvar with the external design conditions according to HRN EN 12831 and with the IntegraCAD computer program. The analysis of the annual required thermal energy for heating, cooling and preparation of hot water is done with the data for city of Split according to HRN EN ISO 13790 and using the KI Expert Plus computer program.
