Abstract
U ovom radu analizirana su postojeća rješenja i učestali problemi kod rashladnika vode na principu evaporativnog hlađenja. Na temelju provedenog istraživanja i prema zadanim parametrima napravljeno je konstrukcijsko rješenje rashladnog uređaja. U konstrukcijskoj razradi odabrane su sve potrebne komponente rashladnika vode. Elementi konstrukcije u izravnom dodiru s rashladnim medijem izrađene su iz poliesterskog kompozita ojačanog staklenim vlaknima i nehrđajućeg čelika. Ovakvom konstrukcijom želi se postići otpornost rashladnika na radne uvijete koji podrazumijevaju visoku vlažnost i promijene temperature.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis existing solutions and common problems with evaporative water coolers were analyzed. Based on the research and specified parameters, a design solution of a cooling device was proposed. During the design development, all the necessary water cooler components were selected. Design elements directly in contact with the coolant were made of glass fiber reinforced polyester composite and stainless steel. The aim of this solution is to accomplish resistance of the cooler to working conditions which include high humidity and temperature changes.
