Mogućnosti neto mjerenja i isplativost integriranih PV sustava u kućanstvima u Hrvatskoj

Abstract

U ovom radu ispitana je isplativost proizvodnje električne energije u integriranim fotonaponskim (PV) sustavima. Napretkom tehnologije dolazi do značajnog pada cijena modula što dovodi do sve većih mogućnosti njihova korištenja. U početku se donosi pregled tehnologije fotonaponskih članaka. Kako bi se ubrzala primjena obnovljivih izvora energije potrebne su poticajne mjere. U nastavku se prikazuje pregled neto mjerenja kao jednog od modela poticanja, te primjeri neto mjerenja u EU. U radu je napravljen matematički model koji simulira proizvodnju integriranog PV sustava i potrošnju kućanstva u Republici Hrvatskoj. Lokacija simuliranog sustava je u Zagrebu. Napravljena je studija isplativosti takvog sustava u skladu sa Zakonom o obnovljivim izvorima energije i visokoučinkovitoj kogeneraciji (NN 100/15). Proračun je proširen na nekoliko kućanstava iz različitih razreda potrošnje. Proveden je i proračun za 10, 1000 i 100 000 kućanstava. Rezultati su pokazali da isplativost sustava snažno ovisi o potrošnji kućanstva, cijeni električne energije, veličini instaliranog sustava te njegovoj cijeni. Samoopskrba se pokazala neisplativom za kućanstva svih kategorija potrošnje. Tek se u slučaju smanjenja iznosa početne investicije ili porastom cijena električne energije model samoopskrbe pokazao isplativim, ali samo za kućanstva s visokom potrošnjom. Povećanjem cijene električne energije za 2,4 % godišnje, IRR kućanstva K8 postaje 4,3 %, a kućanstva K9 5,2 %. Smanjenjem cijene početne investicije za 30 % IRR za kućanstva K7 postaje 4,2 %, za kućanstva K8 6,3 %, a za kućanstva K9 7,4 %.

Abstract (english)

In this study, economic feasibility of integrated solar photovoltaic (PV) systems has been made. With the advancement of technology prices of modules keep falling which has led to increasing possibilities of application of these systems. In the beginning of the study overview of the technology of photovoltaic cells is given. To accelerate adoption of renewable energy sources support mechanisms are needed. In the continuation overview of net metering, as one of support mechanisms, is given as well as examples of its use in EU. In this study, mathematical model was made that simulates production of electricity of integrated PV system and household consumption of electricity in Croatia. Location of the simulated system is in Zagreb. Economic feasibility study of such system according to Act on renewable energy sources and high-efficiency cogeneration (NN 100/15) was made. Model was expanded to several households from different consumption brackets. Furthermore, calculation was made for 10, 1000 and 100 000 households. Results have shown that feasibility is strongly influenced by household consumption, electricity price, size of installed system and its price. Self was shown economically unfeasible for households from all consumption categories. Only in the case of reduced price of initial investment or increased prices of electricity has the self-consumption model been proven feasible, but only for households with high consumption. By increasing the price of electricity by 2,4 % yearly, IRR of households K8 and K9 become 4,3 % and 5,2 % respectively. By reducing the price of investment by 30 % IRR of household K7 becomes 4,2 %, of household K8 6,3 % and household K9 7,4 %.
