Abstract

Tema završnog zadatka je konstruiranje torusnog varijatora tipa Arter. Kod Arter varijatora snaga se prenosi s ulaznog vratila V1 na tarenicu T1 koja je u zahvatu s dvijema međutarenicama T2. Međutarenice pak pokreću tarenicu T3 koja je spojena na izlazno vratilo V3. Kontinuirana promjena prijenosnog omjera od i = 1 do i = 10 ostvaruje se zakretanjem međutarenica čime se mijenjaju dodirne linije na tarenicama T1 i T3. Geometriju i raspored elemenata prikazuju slike 3 i 4. Međutarenice su oslonjene na nosače međutarenica koji su steznim spojem vezani za međuvratila V2. Međuvratilo se zakreće oko svoje osi pomoću poluge i navojnog vretena, mijenjajući tako kut zakreta φ, a time i prijenosni omjer i. Normalne sile na tarnim parovima ostvaruju se tanjurastim oprugama čiji se progib ostvaruje pri samoj montaži. Ovaj rad koncipiran je tako da nakon uvodnog dijela slijedi proračun i konstrukcijska razrada varijatora. U proračunu se kreće od geometrijske analize tarenica, potom proračunavanja sila u tarnim parovima koje se kasnije koriste u proračunima vratila, ležajeva, pera, opruga i ostalih elemenata. Naposljetku je opisan i proračunat mehanizam za ostvarivanje zakreta međutarenica. U zaključku je dan osvrt na kompletan rad. Temeljem proračuna u programskom paketu Solidworks® modeliran je prijenosnik te je izrađena tehnička dokumentacija koja se nalazi u prilogu ovog rada.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this final assignment is design of the Arter type CVT. In Arter CVT power is transmitted from input shaft V1 to friction plate T1 which is engaged with rollers T2. The rollers,however, power friction plate T3 which is connected to output shaft V3. Continuous adjustment of gear ratio from i = 1 to i = 10 is achieved by inclining the rollers about their rotation axis which causes contact lines of friction plates T1 and T3 to alter. Detailed configuration of the system is illustrated on images 3 and 4. Rollers are positioned on roller carrier which is connected with belonging shaft V2 by interference fit. Mentioned shaft is inclined with the lever and spindle, altering that way the angle of inclination φ which directly effects gear ratio i. Normal forces between friction elements are ensured with the plate springs mounted on shafts V1 and V3. Spring deflection is achieved during assembly. In this thesis introduction is followed by calculations and design development of CVT. First part of the calculations comprises geometrical analysis of friction plates continuing to definition of loads, later used for calculation of shafts, bearings, springs and other machine elements. Review of this thesis is given in the conclusion. Based on previous calculation, model and technical documentation of the power transmitter are developed in Solidworks® program package and attached to this thesis.
