Abstract

U ovom radu izrađen je simulacijski model proizvodnog procesa perforiranih kabelskih kanala, te simulirana i analizirana godišnja proizvodnja perforiranih kabelskih kanala tvrtke Metalis d.o.o.

U radu je predstavljena tvrtka Metalis d.o.o., opisan je proizvodni sustav tvrtke i podjela na proizvodne procese. Detaljnije je opisan proizvodni proces perforiranih kabelskih kanala, sami perforirani kabelski kanali, tok materijala u proizvodnom procesu i tehnološki opis proizvodnje kabelskih kanala. Na temelju tlocrta proizvodnog sustava, proizvodnih podataka i tehnoloških postupaka izrade perforiranih kabelskih kanala izrađen je simulacijski model postojećeg procesa proizvodnje verificiran i validiran, te je simulirana proizvodnja i analizirani rezultati. Predložene su modifikacije u postojećem proizvodnim procesu, te je za predložene modifikacije proizvodnog procesa izrađen simulacijski model i simulirana proizvodnja perforiranih kabelskih kanala u istom vremenskom periodu. Također su analizirani dobiveni rezultati i uspoređeni sa rezultatima postojećeg stanja kako bi se utvrdili učinci predloženih modifikacija.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, a simulation model of the production process of perforated cable channels was developed and simulated and analyzed annual production of perforated cable channels by Metalis d.o.o.

This paper presents Metalis d.o.o., describes the production system of the company and the division into production processes. More detailed description is the production process of perforated cable channels, perforated cable channels themselves, material flow in the production process and the technological description of cable ducts production. Based on the floor plan of the production system, production data and technological processes of perforated cable channels, a simulation model of the existing production process was verified and validated, and simulated production and analyzed results. Suggestions are made in the existing production process, and simulation model and simulated production of perforated cable channels have been made for the proposed modification of the production process in the same time period. The obtained results were also analyzed and compared with the results of the existing condition to determine the effects of the proposed modifications.
