Abstract

Kroz ovaj rad, primjenom softvera 1 Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 12.2 , prikazana je i analizirana proizvodnja ventilatora VAAZ C1000WF tvrtke KONĈAR MES. Istaknute su i navedene najbitnije ĉinjenice o poduzeću KONĈAR MES te o samom proizvodu za koji je simulacija i napravljena. Na temelju realnih komadnih vremena prikazano je trenutno stanje proizvodnje ventilatora, a detaljnom analizom trenutnog procesa uoĉeni su problemi uskih grla proizvodnje. TakoĊer, dani su primjeri dva realna scenarija za koje su raĊene simulacije. Za oba scenarija napravljena je detaljna analiza te su dani prijedlozi poboljšanja koji omogućavaju da se zadovolje uvjeti zadani tekstom scenarija. Nadalje, kroz ovaj završni rad objašnjen je pojam PLM-a (Product Lifecycle Management-a) te je opisan njegov povijesni razvoj, opisana je vaţnost samog PLM-a te su navedeni benefiti PLM-a i troškovi koje implementacija istog nosi. Jednako tako, dane su neke osnovne informacije o PLM softverima koji su trenutno najzastupljeniji na trţištu. Posebna paţnja posvećena je Plant Simulation-u, za kojeg su dane kratke osnove rada.

Abstract (english)

Through this undergraduate thesis, using software Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 12.2, the production of axial fan VAAZ C1000 WF, designed by KONĈAR MES d.o.o, is presented and analyzed. This thesis says something about company KONĈAR MES d.o.o. and something about product which was the main subject of simulation. Simulation of existing way of production is based on real one-piece processing time. After start of simulation the analysis of production was carried out and the bottlenecks were spotted. This thesis contains examples of two real scenarious and simulations for that scenarios are also made. For both scenarious the detailed analysis is made and improvments for that proces are shown. Further, in this thesis the term od PLM is explained, the historical development and importance of PLM are descriped. The benefits and cost of PLM implementation are also listed. Thesis say something about PLM softwares which are most common on market. Special attention is dedicated to Plant Simulation for which are given the basics of working.
