Abstract

Trošenje alata i radnih dijelova strojeva normalna je pojava pri njihovom radu. Trošenje ima mnogo uzroka, a najčešće se javlja kod dodira dviju ili više površina, dodira površine s česticama ili kapljevinom. Obično se karakterizira kao nepoželjna pojava koja dovodi do smanjenja funkcionalnosti ili kvara dijelova. Zbog toga se od druge polovice 20. stoljeća intenzivno razvija nova znanost nazvana tribologija, koja opisuje trenje i trošenje, a cilj joj je povećati radni vijek i iskoristivost... More strojeva te pritom smanjiti troškove održavanja i zamjene dijelova.

U ovom radu analiziran je učinak trošenja na četiri različita dijela:

• žlicu mjedene prskalice

• stoper plastične prskalice

• nož malčera

• vijak koji povezuje nož malčera s osovinom

Provedena su ispitivanja mikrostrukture, tragova trošenja i vrste trošenja, tvrdoće po Vickersu te određivanje vrste materijala. Less

Abstract (english)

The wear of tools and machine parts is an expected occurrence during their work.

Wear can be caused by a number of factors but the most common cases include contact between two or more surfaces, surface contact with a particle or a fluid. It is usually characterized as an undesired phenomenon which can cause reduced functionality or malfunction. Therefore, since the second half of the 20th century a new discipline called tribology has been developed. Tribology describes friction and... More wear, ultimately aiming to increase the working life and efficiency of machines and to reduce maintenance costs and part replacements at the same time.

In this work the effect of wear has been analyzed on four separate parts:

• spoon of a brass sprinkler

• stopper of a thermoplastic sprinkler

• mulcher knife

• screw which connects the mulcher knife to an axle

Microstructure inspections, wear traces, types of wear and Vickers hardness have been conducted, as well as defining the type of the part material. Less
