Abstract

U sklopu ovog rada dane su teorijske podloge vezane uz proces umjeravanja mjerila relativne vlažnosti zraka, kao i konstrukcijsko rješenje za izradu pripadne komore za umjeravanje. Komora za umjeravanje dimenzionirana je za smještanje triju higrometara relativne vlažnosti zraka, jednog referentnog te dvaju ispitivanih. Komora se napaja zrakom iz generatora vlažnosti, poznatog injišta/rosišta. Prije ulaska u komoru zrak prolazi kroz izmjenjivač topline kojim se zagrijava na željenu temperaturu. Regulacijom temperature te injišta/rosišta zraka ostvaruje se željena relativna vlažnost. Komora za umjeravanje i pripadni izmjenjivač topline konstruirani su tako da ih je moguće smjestiti unutar klimatizirane komore većeg volumena ili potopiti u radnu tekućinu termostatirane kupke. Uz konstrukcijsko rješenje komore, u radu je prikazana i funkcionalna shema njenog spajanja spajanja na sustav za umjeravanje.

Abstract (english)

This project gives theoretical background for calibration of relative humidity instruments and describes design and construction of a small chamber which is used for calibration of relative humidity instruments.

The described calibration chamber is suitable for accommodation of three hygrometers, one reference and two instruments under test. The chamber is supplied from humidity generator which provides air of known dew/frost point temperature. Prior to entering the chamber, supplied air passes through the coiled tube heat exchanger, where it is heated to the desired test temperature. The required relative humidity of air flowing through the calibration chamber is adjusted by controlling the air temperature and dew/frost point. Calibration chamber and related heat exchanger are designed to be accommodated inside climatic chamber of larger volume or immersed into thermostated bath liquid. The functional diagram describing connection of the chamber to the calibration system is also given in this work.
