Abstract

Ovaj rad se sastoji od dva dijela teorijskog i eksperimentalnog.

U teorijskom dijelu kratko je opisan uvod u lijevanje te osnovne podjele lijevanja prema praoblikovanju i prema vrsti kalupa. Također su opisane Al-Si legure te je opisan proces skrućivanja aluminijskih legura. Dan je detaljan opis modifikacije eutektika aluminijskih legura. Opisana je kemijska modifikacija natrijem, stroncijem, antimonom i cerijem, te modifikacija eutektika brzim hlađenjem legure. Također su opisane i negativne posljedice modifikacije aluminijskih legura.

U eksperimentalnom dijelu je napravljena simulacija lijevanja i skrućivanja epruvete i stošca. Izrađeni su kalupi te su odlivena dva stošca jedan od taljevine modificirane natrijem te jedan od osnovne taljevine AlSi12, te je odliveno osam epruveta od kojih četiri od modificirane taljevine te četiri od nemodificirane taljevine. Za modifikaciju taljevine korišten je Simodal 77 (natrijeva tableta). Nakon lijevanja odljevci su strojno obrađeni te su epruvetama ispitana mehanička svojstva statičkim vlačnim ispitivanjem, a na uzorcima uzetih iz stožaca je napravljena metalografska analiza.

Abstract (english)

This thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and experimental.

Theoretical part briefly describes the introduction to casting and classification of casting according to primary shaping and type of mold. This part also describes Al-Si alloys and the process of solidification of aluminium alloys. Modification of eutectics of aluminium alloy was also described in detail. This paper describes chemical modification with sodium, strontium, antimony and cerium and modification of aluminum alloy with rapid cooling. Negative consequences of modification of aluminium alloys are also described.

In the experimental part simulation of casting and solidification of the test rod and the cone was made.Two cones were cast, one with modified alloy and one with unmodified alloy, and eight test rods of which four with modified alloy and four with unmodified alloy. For modification of an alloy Simodal 77 (sodium tablet) was used. After they were cast, castings were machined and test rods mechanical properties were tested and metallographic test carried out for the cones
