Abstract

Na tržištu jednostavnih bioničkih proteza uočeno je da ne postoje proteze za određene interesne skupine. Postojeće bioničke proteze pokušavaju ispuniti različite zahtjeve više interesnih skupina što dovodi do proizvoda koji za određene skupine korisnika nije funkcionalan.

U radu su prepoznati generalni zahtjevi, koji vrijede za sve skupine korisnika. Odabrana je ciljana skupina za koju su se analizirali zahtjevi. Ciljana skupina su djeca u dobi od 6 do 11 godina sa gubitkom šake na jednoj ruci. Na temelju zahtjeva iskazana je potreba za razvojem dvije različite bioničke proteze šake.

Prva bionička proteza šake potrebna je za obavljanje školskih aktivnosti, poput pisanja, crtanja, hvatanja listova papira i niza drugih aktivnosti. Ona omogućuje veću preciznost kod hvatanja predmeta, te veći broj mogućih vrsta prihvata.

Druga bionička proteza šake koristila bi se kod igranja na otvorenom, gdje je proteza izložena različitim vremenskim uvjetima, vodi i prljavštini. Od te bioničke proteze se očekuje da ispunjava funkcije zahtijevane u takvim kompleksnim uvjetima. Kod nje su više izraženiji zahtjevi za mogućnošću podnošenja većih opterećenja, jačim stiskom i otpornosti na trošenje.

Na temelju tih zahtjeva izrađena je funkcijska struktura za obje bioničke proteze šake.

U smjernicama za oblikovanje proteze šake dana su rješenja koja će ispuniti utvrđene zahtjeve. Time definiramo izbor zahtjeva koje možemo ispuniti i kakav proizvod možemo ponuditi korisnicima. Neki od zahtjeva su potpuno ispunjeni, dok se neki nisu dali ispuniti u punoj mjeri. Ovdje je važno da predložene bioničke proteze šake mogu ispuniti više zahtijeva nego konkurentske, ili da mogu ispunjavati podjednako zahtjeva, ali po nižoj cijeni. Samo pod tim uvjetima možemo očekivati uspjeh našeg proizvoda na tržištu.

Obzirom da postoje brojna konstrukcijska i funkcijska rješenja, senzori, upravljački sklopovi i brojni drugi neophodni elementi nisu bili primarni cilj ovoga rada. Prilagodbom tih podsklopova i elemenata moguće je pristupiti detaljnijoj konstrukcijskoj razradi predloženih rješenja bioničkih proteza šake.

Abstract (english)

There is observed that on the market of affordable bionic hands are no prostheses for specific interest groups. Existing bionic prostheses are trying to meet various requirements of numerous interest groups. This leads us to products which are not functional for specific groups of users.

In this thesis, general demands of all user groups are recognized. The target group was selected, and the requests for this group were analyzed. In this target group are children, between 6 and 11 years with a fist loss on one hand. Based on those requests the necessity for developing two different bionic prosthesis of the wrist is expressed.

The first bionic prosthesis is required to perform school activities such as writing, drawing, carrying school bag and series of other actions. It provides better accuracy in catching objects and additional grasp types.

The second bionic prosthesis will be used in playing outdoors, where the prosthesis is exposed to all kind of weather conditions, water influence and dirt. From this bionic prosthesis is expected to fulfill requested functions in such complex conditions. The requests for stronger grip, wear resistance and carrying greater loads are expressed.

Based on this requests the functional structure for both bionic prosthesis was made.

In the guidelines for designing fist prostheses, the solutions that will fulfill established requests are given. With this guidelines we define which requests can be fulfilled and what can we offer to customers. Some of requests are fully accomplished, while some can’t be meet in full measure. It is important that proposed bionic prostheses can fulfill more requests than other prostheses, or that can fulfill equal requests, but at a lower price. Only under that circumstances we can expect the success for our products on the market.

Because there are numerous structural and functional solutions, sensors, controllers and many other elements weren’t the main goal of this thesis. After adaptation of these subassemblies and elements we can move toward detailed construction development of the proposed solutions.
