Abstract
U ovom radu opisani su preduvjeti za izradu kompozitne strukture – monocoque šasije za vozilo Formule Student. Opisani su utjecajni faktori koji se odnose na pravilnik natjecanja, konstrukcijski zahtjevi koji utječu na projektiranje i izradu šasije, te je dan uvid u teoriju kompozitnih sendvič struktura, njihov proračun, materijale izrade te proizvodne postupke. U praktičnom dijelu rada izrađena su ispitna tijela materijala u skladu sa smjernicama u teorijskom dijelu, te su ispitana mehanička svojstva i analizirani su dobiveni rezultati.
Abstract (english)
The work presented in this thesis is about prerequisites for design and production of carbon fiber reinforced plastic Formula Student monocoque chassis. Key factors for this kind of project are analysed, such as sandwich panel theory, choice of materials and production processes. In experimental part of this work, samples of composite sandwich panel are produced and tested according to Formula Student rules, and analysed for future progress of Formula Student project.
