Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je postupak elektrolučnog zavarivanja pod praškom (EPP), te je prikazana primjena ovog postupka pri zavarivanju čelika SA516 Gr70. U teorijskom dijelu detaljno je opisan postupak EPP zavarivanja, opisani su osnovni parametri kod ovog postupka zavarivanja, oprema, dodatni materijali i prašci korišteni kod ovog postupka. Opisana je proizvodnja, kemijski sastav, mehanička svojstva te zavarljivost čelika SA516 Gr70. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provodi se EPP zavarivanje sučeljenog spoja iz osnovnog materijala čelika SA516 Gr70. Nakon zavarivanja spoj je ispitan radiografskom kontrolom, a na pripremljenim uzorcima provodila su se mehanička ispitivanja (statički vlačni pokus, udarni rad loma i ispitivanje tvrdoće).
Abstract (english)
This piece of work describes the process of submerged arc welding (SAW), and shows the use of this procedure for welding steel SA516 Gr70. In the theoretical part, SAW process is described in detail along with basic parameters of the welding process, equipment, materials and powders used in this procedure. The manufacture, chemical composition, mechanical properties and weldability of steel SA516 Gr70 are also described. In the experimental part of the work, submerged arc welding of butt joint is carried out with base material steel SA516 Gr70. After welding, joint is put to the radiographic test and prepared samples are put to the mechanical tests (tensile test, impact tests and hardness testing).
