Abstract

U završnom radu detaljno je opisana dizalica topline voda - voda koja je namijenjena za potrebe sustava grijanja i pasivnog hlađenja poslovnog dijela trgovačkog centra, površine 1728 m2 na području grada Zagreba, te način njezina rada. Kao toplinski izvor, dizalica topline se koristi podzemnom vodom temperature 13 °C.

U prvom dijelu se nalazi proračun toplinskog opterećenja trgovačkog centra koji se sastoji od proračuna toplinskih gubitaka zimi prema pojednostavljenoj normi EN 12 831 te proračuna toplinskih dobitaka ljeti prema normi VDI 2078. U drugom dijelu je prikazan proračun komponenti dizalice topline. Na temelju proračuna toplinskog opterećenja dobiveni su podaci o potrebnom učinku kondezatora, isparivača i kompresora te su na osnovu toga dane konačne dimenzije izmjenjivača i njima pripadajući padovi tlaka. Proveden je i opisan odabir glavnih komponenti rashladnog sustava te su u prilogu prikazani shema spajanja s automatskom regulacijom te dispozicijski crtež.

Također je prikazan raspored regala i masa prehrambenih proizvoda koja se skladišti u komori za duboko zamrzavanje. Komora je namijenjena za skladištenje smrznutog voća i povrća.

Abstract (english)

The theme of this final paper, the heat pump water-water that is intended for heating and passive cooling of the business part of the shopping center of estimated area 1728 m2 , location of the shopping center is in Zagreb, and the manner of its operation. Water from borehole measuring temperature of 13 °C is used as a coolant.

First part of final paper describes calculation procedure of heat demands for summer and winter conditions. Calculation for winter regime is done with norm EN 12831, and summer regime is done by norm VDI 2078. In second part characteristics of condenser, evaporator and compressor are calculated and designed from values which we got from heating and cooling demands. It was carried out and described the selection of the main components of the cooling system and the attached display connection diagrams with automatic regulation and disposition drawing.

It also shows the distribution of shelves and amount of food products to be stored in the freezers. The chamber is designed for the storage frozen fruits and vegetables.
