Abstract
U ovome radu opisane su tehnologije lijevanja aluminija i njegovih legura. Detaljno su objašnjeni izbor i proračun uljevnih sustava te sustava napajanja. Kroz jedan primjer prikazan je postupak proračuna uljevnog sustava nomogramom. Konstruirano je nekoliko različitih uljevnih sustava s ili bez sustava napajanja. U programu QuikCast simulirano je vrijeme skrućivanja odljevka te poroznosti nastale pri skrućivanju za konstruirane uljevne sustave. U radu je prikazan cijeli proizvodni postupak lijevanja u pijesak.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the technology of casting aluminum and its alloys. The choice and calculation of runners system and supply systems are explained in detail. The procedure of calculating the nomogram for the running system is illustrated with one example. Several different runners systems with or without supply system are desinged. The casting solidification and porosity created during the solidification of the designed inlet systems are simulated by using the QuikCast software. The paper presents the entire production process of sand casting.
