Abstract

Rad je koncipiran na način da se uz definiciju logistike, ukaže i na njenu važnost i ciljeve u proizvodnom procesu. U radu se promatra poslovanje Istarske pivovare. Stoga je dan prikaz poduzeća, proizvodni sustav pivovare i sam proces proizvodnje piva. Od uočenih problema naglasak se stavlja na analizu utjecaja predimenzioniranog primarnog pakovanja, PET boca od 2,0 l, na logističke procese, od završetka proizvodnje (pakiranje, rukovanje, skladištenje i transport paletnih jedinica) do dostave korisnicima. Također, predloženo je rješenje i provedene su kalkulacije koje uspoređuju pakovanja i ukazuju na poboljšanje u logističkim procesima, ali i znatne uštede.

Abstract (english)

This thesis defines logistics, and indicates its importance and goals in the manufacturing process. This paper studies the business of Istrian brewery. Therefore, an overview of the company is given, as well as, the production system and the process of brewing. From the identified problems, focus is on the analysis of the impact of oversized unit packages, PET bottles of 2,0 liters, on the logistics processes, from the end of production process (packing, handling, storage and transport of pallet units) to delivery to the users. Also, improvement is suggested and calculations are made that compare unit packages and indicate an improvement in logistics processes and also significant savings.
