Nestacionarno jednodimenzijsko temperaturno polje u ravnoj stijenci s toplinskim izvorom

Abstract

U radu su prikazana rješenja temperaturnog polja po vremenu i prostoru za četiri ravne stijenke s jednoliko distribuiranim toplinskim izvorom, čija se vrijednost varira od 0 do 20000 W/m3 s korakom od 5000 W/m3, uz definirane početne i rubne uvjete. Ravne stijenke debljine 100 mm napravljene su od:

•bakra

•krom-nikl čelik

•azbesta i

•suhog betona gustoće ρ=500 kg/m3.

Za dobivanje temperaturnog polja po vremenu i prostoru bilo je potrebno prvo izvesti diskretizacijski oblik parcijalne diferencijalne jednadžbe provođenja topline u ravnoj stijenci s jednoliko distribuiranim toplinskim izvorom izdašnosti Φ_v i diskretizacijske oblike rubnih uvjeta 3. vrste. Za kontrolu tih temperaturnih polja je izveden analitički oblik stacionarnog temperaturnog polja, kao vrijednost kojoj će nestacionarna temperaturna polja težiti, dok se približavanje stacionarnom stanju kontrolira odgovarajućom energijskom bilancom i temperaturnim kriterijem.

Abstract (english)

The goal of the paper was to show unsteady 1 – D temperature field in four different plane wall with heat source whose values varied from 0 to 20000 W/m3 with step of 5000 W/m3. Their initial and boundary conditions were also specified and the plane walls were made of:

• copper

• chrome-nickel steel

• asbestos and

• dry concrete

To obtain temperature fields it was necessary to apply finite difference method to transient problem by discretizing the problem in the space and time variables and solving for temperatures at discrete points called the nodes. To see if those obtained temperature fields were correct appropriate energy balance and temperature criteria were used.
