Abstract

U radu je provedena tehno-ekonomska analiza unutarnje plovidbe u Europi. Navedene su prednosti i mane unutarnje plovidbe, opisan je intermodalni (multimodalni transport) te uloga unutarnje plovidbe u vidu navedenog transporta. Opisani su tipovi i posebne tehničke izvedbe brodova unutarnje plovidbe. U nastavku su opisani postupci proračuna čvrstoće konstrukcije brodova unutarnje plovidbe te je proveden proračun provjere uzdužne čvrstoće broda za prijevoz tekućeg tereta prema Bureau Veritas pravilima.

Abstract (english)

Transport of goods by inland waterways is one of the oldest ways of transporting goods. The most mentioned advantages of inland navigation are that this type of transportation is efficient, reliable and sustainable. The European Commission predicts nine multi-modal transportation routes of over 37000 km in length through the Europe. In almost every traffic strategy or Europe Union policy is being discussed about advantages of river transport. Reason for this is growing awareness about balanced development of transport. Cargo transport is also routed on economical and socially acceptable forms such as river traffic. In this thesis techno- economic analysis of traffic on the inland waterways of Europe is made. Also technical analysis of the important type of vessels on inland waters is conducted. Technical analysis contains basic function, main performance, materials and constructive solutions to specific type of inland vessels. In addition, calculation of longitudinal strength of ship for liquid cargo is also made by BV (Bureau Veritas) rules.
