Abstract

Tema diplomskog rada bila je napraviti jednostavan stambeni kontejner koji bi se mogao ponašati kao zasebna jedinica, i kao sastavni dio u modularnoj gradnji. Zadnjih nekoliko godina tržište kontejnerima doživljava procvat, te se građevine napravljene od jednostavnih jedinica sve češća pojava. Brzina izrade, trajnost, toplinska izolacija, mogućnost preseljenja građevine itd. samo su neke od prednosti pred tradicionalnom gradnjom. Iako Hrvatska u tom pogledu još uvijek kaska za Europom, pozitivan trend gradnje kontejnerima sve se više primjenjuje i kod nas, te i u sljedećim godinama možemo očekivati rast proizvodnje. Misao vodilja kod razvitka diplomskog rada bila mi je kako napraviti što više dijelova koji se mogu napraviti bez potrebe za kompliciranim strojevima i striktno industrijskom proizvodnjom. Upravo radi toga su dijelovi poput nauglica, zidnih panela, odvoda itd. konstruirani tako da nema potrebe za kupovanjem skupih gotovih proizvoda, već se mogu i samostalno složiti. U tekstu su dati proračuni glavnih nosećih dijelova, te način slaganja i montaže. Za kompletan sklop i sve dijelove izrađen je i 3D model i tehnička dokumentacija u predviđenom opsegu.

Abstract (english)

Main subject of this thesis was to make an easy living container that could act as a separate unit, and as an integral part of the modular system. The last few years the container market is experiencing a big boom, almost on every part of the globe. Speed, durability, thermal insulation, possibility of relocating the buildings etc. are some of the advantages over traditional construction. The positive trend of building containers is increasingly being applied also in our country, and in following years we can expect more production growth. The guiding principle in the development of the thesis was to make as many parts that can be done without the need for complicated machinery and strict industrial production. That is why parts like corner fittings, wall panels, drainage system etc. are constructed so that there is no need to purchase expensive products. For whole assembly and the parts there is 3D model and technical documentation within the prescribed scope.
