Abstract

Diplomski rad bavi se istraživanjem metoda sušenja transformatora s ciljem smanjenja vlage u čvrstoj izolaciji, čime se osigurava dugovječnost i pouzdanost uređaja. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na usporedbu konvencionalnih metoda sušenja s primjenom struja niske frekvencije (LFH). U sklopu rada analizirani su utjecajni parametri kao što su temperatura, razina vakuuma i vrijeme trajanja procesa sušenja. Korištene su različite metode sušenja, uključujući sušenje visokim i niskim vakuumom te cirkulacijom vrućeg ulja. Provedena je simulacijska analiza i eksperimentalni testovi na stvarnom transformatoru. Proces sušenja detaljno je promatran kroz učinke na izolaciju izrađenu od papira i prešanog kartona, a razvijeni modeli koriste se za predviđanje raspodjele vlage i temperature tijekom procesa. Osim toga, razmatrane su specifičnosti primjene LFH metode i njene mogućnosti u postizanju ravnomjernog zagrijavanja izolacije. Rad obuhvaća pregled relevantne literature, opis korištenih metoda i detaljan prikaz eksperimentalnog postupka, uključujući implementaciju senzorskih sustava za praćenje temperature. Time se postavlja osnova za daljnja istraživanja i optimizaciju procesa sušenja transformatora.

Abstract (english)

This thesis explores transformer drying methods aimed at reducing moisture in solid insulation, thereby ensuring the longevity and reliability of the equipment. Special focus is placed on comparing conventional drying methods with the application of low-frequency heating (LFH). The study analyzes influential parameters such as temperature, vacuum level, and drying process duration. Various drying methods were employed, including drying under high and low vacuum conditions and hot oil circulation. A simulation analysis and experimental tests were conducted on the real transformer. The drying process was closely examined for its effects on insulation made of paper and pressboard, with developed models used to predict moisture and temperature distribution during the process. Additionally, the specific characteristics of the LFH method and its potential for achieving uniform insulation heating were considered. The thesis includes a review of relevant literature, a description of the methods used, and a detailed presentation of the experimental procedure, including the implementation of sensor systems for monitoring temperature. This establishes a foundation for further research and optimization of transformer drying processes.
