Abstract

U početnom dijelu ovog završnog rada nabrojane su i opisane funkcije postojećih osnovnih vrsta građevinske mehanizacije. Kao najvažniji građevinski stroj istaknut je bager, te su opisane sve vrste i podvrste bagera. Detaljno su opisani dijelovi, princip rada, opterećenje i uvjeti rada hidrauličnih bagera, koji su najvažnija vrsta bagera zbog svoje široke primjene i mnogobrojnih funkcija.
Analizirani su zahtjevi pri izboru materijala za zube koji se nalaze na lopati bagera. Za odabrani potrošni dio bagera provedena je analiza kroz osnovne skupine kriterija za izbor materijala prilikom razvoj proizvoda, te su utvrđena potrebna svojstva koja se nameću na odabrani materijal.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je ispitivanje kemijskog sastava jednog novog i jednog potrošenog zuba lopate rendgenskom fluorescencijskom spektroskopijom (XRF metoda) i laserski induciranom probojnom spektroskopijom (LIBS metoda). Dobivenim rezultatima utvrđeno je da su zubi izrađeni od niskolegiranog čelika sa srednjim ili niskim sadržajem ugljika. Niskolegirani čelik posjeduje svojstva kojima zadovoljava nametnute zahtjeve, stoga je dovoljno prikladan, a ekonomičan izbor materijala.

Abstract (english)

In the introductory part of this Bachelor thesis, the functions of various basic types of
construction machinery are outlined and described. The excavator is highlighted as the most
important construction machine, with a detailed description of its types and subtypes. The
Bachelor thesis thoroughly explains the components, working principle, loads and operating
conditions of hydraulic excavators, which are the most important type of excavator due to their
wide application and numerous functions.
The requirements for selecting materials for the teeth of the excavator bucket are analyzed. An
analysis was performed on a chosen wearable part of the excavator through basic groups of
criteria used for material selection during product development, and the necessary properties
for the chosen material were determined.
In the experimental part of the work, the chemical composition of one new, and one used bucket
tooth was examined using X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) and laser-induced
breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). The results revealed that the teeth are made from low-alloy
steel with medium or low carbon content. Low-alloy steel possesses the properties required to
meet the imposed demands, making it a sufficiently suitable and economical material choice.
