Abstract

U radu se opisuje trošenje škara za orezivanje voćaka i vinove loze i mogućnosti povećanja otpornosti na trošenje postupcima nitrokarburiranja i boriranja. U teorijskom dijelu rada objašnjene su konstrukcijske izvedbe ručnih škara za orezivanje voćaka, svojstva čelika za njihovu izradu te postupci modificiranja površine škara površinskim kaljenjem, nitrokarburiranjem i boriranjem. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeni su postupci nitrokarburiranja u solnoj kupci TENIFER i boriranje u prašku istovrsnih ručnih škara za orezivanje voćaka. Nakon ispitivanja površinske tvrdoće, provedeno je ispitivanje trošenja na istim škarama i ocjena istih. Najmanje trošenje postignuto je kod boriranih škara.

Abstract (english)

The work describes the wear of scissors for pruning fruit trees and vines and the possibility of increasing wear resistance by nitrocarburizing and boronizing procedures. In the theoretical part of the paper, the construction performance of hand shears for pruning fruit trees, the properties of the steel for their manufacture, and the procedures for modifying the surface of the shears by surface hardening, nitrocarburizing, and boronizing are explained. In the experimental part of the work, nitrocarburizing procedures were carried out in the salt shop TENIFER and powder boring of similar hand shears for pruning fruit trees. After testing the surface hardness, wear analysis was performed using light microscopy. The least wear was achieved with boron shears.
