Abstract

U sklopu ovog rada prvo su opisane osnovne vrste airsoft replika vatrenog oružja s obzirom na princip rada. Za svaku vrstu opisan je princip rada kao i njihove prednosti odnosno mane. Izvršen je pregled osnovnih vrsta prijenosnika za električnu airsoft repliku te su opisane njihove razlike. Nadalje, opisani su osnovni elementi zupčanog prijenosnika, s naglaskom na zupčanike. Ovaj rad također uključuje konstruiranje zupčanog prijenosnika električne airsoft replike s odgovarajućim postupkom proračuna. Ulazne veličine proračuna preuzete su iz zadanih podataka iz teksta zadatka, mjerenja primjeraka postojećih rješenja i iskustvenih vrijednosti. Proračun je proveden prema dostupnoj literaturi i uz pomoć računalnog programa KISSsoft. Na kraju izrađeni su modeli proračunanih zupčanika uz pomoć računalnog programa Solidworks te je izrađena potrebna tehnička dokumentacija koja se sastoji od radioničkih crteža vratila prijenosnika sa zupčanicima i sklopnog crteža zupčanog prijenosnika.

Abstract (english)

Within the scope of this thesis, the basic types of airsoft firearm replicas are initially described according to their working principle. The working principle is described for every basic type, along with their advatages and disadvantages. The basic types of gearboxes for electric airsoft replicas are overviewed and described by their differences. Further, the basic parts of an airsoft gearbox are described, with focus on gears. This thesis also incorporates the design of an airsoft electric gun gearbox with the corresponding calculation procedure. The input values of the calculation are taken from the given values in the thesis task, measurements of samples of existing solutions and experiental values. The calculation is carried out according to the available literature and KISSsoft computer software. Finally, the calculated gears are modeled in Solidworks computer software and the corresponding technical documentation is created, which consists of manufacturing sheets for shafts with gears and an assembly sheet for the gear drive.
