Abstract

Potreba za novijim i efikasnijim postupcima rezanja velikih pločastih materijala potaknula je
razvoj novih tehnologija. Neki od postupaka samo su prirodna evolucija već postojećih tehnologija
dok su drugi specijalno razvijeni u svrhu rezanja pločastih materijala. U ovom završnom radu
opisivat će se najpopularniji postupci rezanja velikih pločastih materijala. Opisom konstrukcije i
načina rada strojeva predočit će se najbitnije razlike u samim postupcima rezanja. Mehanizmi
rezanja svakog postupka potpuno su drukčiji te zato svaki od njih ima velike razlike glede
performansi. Za svaki postupak rezanja nabrojat će se materijali i njihove maksimalne debljine
koje je moguće rezati. Dimenzijska točnost izratka i kvaliteta obrađene površine jedni su od
najvažnijih faktora kod izrade gotovih proizvoda bez daljnje obrade. Detaljnom razradom ovih
tehnologija rezanja velikih pločastih materijala dobiva se poseban uvid u njihove prednosti i mane
jedne naspram drugima.

Abstract (english)

The need for newer and more efficient cutting procedures for large sheet materials has stimulated
the development of new technologies. Some of the procedures are just a natural evolution of
already existing technologies, while others have been specially developed for the purpose of
cutting sheet materials. In this final paper, the most popular cutting procedures for large plate
materials will be described. By describing the construction and operation of the machines, the most
important differences in the cutting procedures themselves will be shown. The cutting mechanisms
of each procedure are completely different, and therefore each of them has big differences in terms
of performance. For each cutting process, the materials and their maximum thickness that can be
cut will be listed. The dimensional accuracy of the workpiece and the quality of the processed
surface are one of the most important factors in the production of finished products without further
processing. The detailed elaboration of these technologies for cutting large sheet materials gives a
special insight into their advantages and disadvantages compared to each other.
