Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je koncipiranje, razvoj i konstruiranje podizne platforme za transport teretnih vozila uz korištenje zadanog mehanizma pri izradi uređaja. Konstrukcija uređaja je potkrijepljena proračunom i konceptualnim rješenjem.
Uvodni dio sadrži općenita razmatranja o transportu, podiznim platformama i uređajima za transport vozila, njihovu podjelu i analizu konvencionalnih rješenja i radnih principa. Zatim slijedi koncipiranje, vrednovanje koncepata, obrazloženja ocjena i odabir završnog koncepta. Nakon odabira najpovoljnijeg koncepta i detaljnije razrade završni je koncept podvrgnut dimenzioniranju glavnih dijelova konstrukcije i proračunu nestandardnih dijelova. Na temelju parametara dobivenih proračunom izrađen je CAD - model i radu je priložen sklopni crtež uređaja koji je, kao i model, napravljen unutar programskog paketa Solidworks.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this final paper is concept development and design of the cargo vehicle lifting platform by using the assigned mechanism when making the device. The design is made in accordance with calculations and conceptual solution.
The introduction consists of some general descriptions of transport, lifting platforms and vehicle transport devices, their classification as well as analysis of convetional solutions and working principles. This is followed by conceptualization, evaluating of concepts, rationale of evaluation and choosing the best solution for the final concept. After the best concept is selected and detailed, some of the main parts of the device are dimensioned and the non-standard parts are calculated. According to the parameters obtained from the calculation, a CAD model was created. The technical documentation of the lifting platform, made in Solidworks software package, is attached at the end of the paper.
