Abstract

U uvodnom dijelu rada analizirani su osnovni zahtjevi za MAG postupak zavarivanja. Opisane su
ključne komponente robotiziranih sustava za zavarivanje, značajke i mogućnosti programiranja
robotskih stanica te periferni uređaji robotiziranih sustava za zavarivanje. Posebna pažnja posvećena
je WiseThin modificiranom MAG postupku, analizirajući njegove tehničke specifikacije i operativne
prednosti.
Eksperimentalni dio rada sastoji se od prikaza izvedbe robotske stanice za WiseThin i MAG postupak
zavarivanja i provedbe postupaka zavarivanja na odabranom osnovnom materijalu različitih debljina
koristeći oba navedena postupka. Ispitivanja na uzorcima provedena su sukladno normi HRN EN ISO
15614-1. Rezultati ispitivanja su uspoređeni kako bi se utvrdile razlike u kvaliteti zavara, efikasnosti
postupaka i operativne prednosti između WiseThin i konvencionalnog MAG zavarivanja.
U zaključnom dijelu rada analizirani su dobiveni rezultati te je donesen zaključak o mogućnostima
primjene WiseThin MAG postupka zavarivanja u industrijskoj proizvodnji. Također, navedene su
preporuke za daljnju implementaciju ovog postupka u industriji.

Abstract (english)

In the introductory section of the thesis, the basic requirements for MAG welding are discussed. Key
components of robotized welding systems, features, and programming capabilities of robotic stations,
as well as peripheral devices, are described. Special attention is given to the modified WiseThin MAG
process, analyzing its technical specifications and operational advantages.
The experimental part of the thesis consists of configuring a robotic station for WiseThin and MAG
welding processes and conducting welding procedures on selected base materials of various
thicknesses using both aforementioned processes. Testing on samples was conducted in accordance
with the HRN EN ISO 15614-1 standard. The results were compared to determine differences in weld
quality, process efficiency, and operational advantages between WiseThin and conventional MAG
welding.
In the concluding section, the obtained results were analyzed, and conclusions were drawn about the
applicability of the WiseThin MAG welding process in industrial production. Recommendations for
further implementation of this process in the industry are also provided.
