Abstract

U ovom završnom radu konstruirana je podizna platforma na bazi mehanizma dvostrukog paralelograma. Provedena je kategorizacija postojećih podiznih platformi, zatim su razrađena tri koncepta od kojih je odabran najbolji. Nakon odabira koncepta provodi se analiza brzina i pomaka mehanizma te konačno i analiza opterećenja. U najopterećenijim dijelovima konstrukcije proveden je proračun čvrstoće kako bi se osiguralo da svi dijelovi mogu podnijeti predviđena opterećenja. Na temelju potrebne sile i brzine odabire se pogon podizne platforme te se konačno izrađuje 3D model i sklopni crtež konstrukcije.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, a lifting platform based on a double parallelogram mechanism was constructed. The existing lifting platforms were categorized, and then three concepts were developed, from which the best one was chosen. After selecting the concept, an analysis of the mechanism's speed and displacement was carried out, followed by an analysis of the load. Stress analysis was performed in the most heavily loaded parts of the structure to ensure that all components can withstand the anticipated loads. Based on the required force and speed, the drive for the lifting platform is selected, and finally, a 3D model and assembly drawing of the structure are created.
