Abstract

Završni rad se sastoji od konstrukcijske razrade valjkastog zatvarača vatrenog oružja. Ukratko
su objašnjeni dijelovi ručno upravljanog mehanizma te je opisana osnovna podjela zatvarača.
Zatim slijedi analiza postojećih proizvoda na tržištu kao i patenata za valjkaste zatvarače i
njihovih komponenti koji su objašnjeni i potkrijepljeni slikama koje pružaju detaljan opis. Na
temelju analiza napravljena je funkcijska struktura u kojoj je opisan tok energije, signala i
materijala kroz sustav. Prema funkcijskoj strukturi nastaje morfološka matrica funkcija koja se
sastoji od raznih rješenja koja služe za izradu i smišljanje koncepata. Koncepti su izrađeni kao
3D CAD modeli uz pomoć programskog paketa SolidWorks 2020 te su nakon izrade ocijenjeni
prema zadanim kriterijima. Za daljnju razradu je uzet najbolje ocijenjen koncept te odabirom
materijala, kalibra i udarne igle počinje dimenzioniranje zatvarača i proračun svih kritičnih
komponenti. Nadalje je napravljena simulacija glave zatvarača u Ansys Workbench Student
2023 za propisani maksimalni pritisak kalibra. Na kraju je tehnička dokumentacija također iz
programskog paketa SolidWorks 2020.

Abstract (english)

The undergraduate thesis depicts the development of a design solution for a cylindrical bolt of
a firearm. The parts of the bolt action mechanism are briefly explained, and the basic division
of the bolt is described. This is followed by an analysis of existing products on the market and
patents for cylindrical bolts and their components, which are explained and supported by
pictures providing a detailed description. Based on the analyses, a functional structure is
created, describing the flow of energy, signals, and materials through the system. According to
the functional structure, a morphological matrix of functions is generated, consisting of various
solutions used for the creation and development of concepts. Concepts are created as 3D CAD
models using the SolidWorks 2020 software package, and after creation, they are evaluated
according to predefined criteria. For further elaboration, the concept with the highest rating is
selected, and the dimensioning of the bolt and calculation of all critical components begin by
selecting the material, caliber, and firing pin. Furthermore, a simulation of the bolt head is
conducted in Ansys Workbench Student 2023 for the prescribed maximum pressure of the
caliber. At the end technical documentation is provided also using SolidWorks 2020 software
package.
