Abstract

U radu je provedeno ispitivanje prionjivosti i otpornosti na mikroabraziju tanke tvrde prevlake PACVD TiN te usporedba te prevlake s PVD TiN. U teorijskom dijelu radu opisan je postupak prevlačenja plazmom potpomognutim kemijskim taloženjem iz parne faze ( PACVD) te uređaji koji se koriste i utjecaj različitih parametara na sam postupak. Također su opisana ispitivanja koje nam daju vrijednosti triboloških i mehaničkih svojstava navedene prevlake. Debljina prevlake PACVD TiN iznosi oko 0,7 µm, a debljina PVD TiN iznosi 1 µm. Iz provedenih ispitivanja slijedi da je PACVD TiN prevlaka slabije adhezivnosti i otpornosti na mikroabraziju od PVD TiN prevlake.

Abstract (english)

The study examined adhesion and micro-abrasion resistance of a thin hard coating, PACVD
TiN, and compared it to PVD TiN. In the theoretical part of the study, the process of plasma assisted chemical vapor deposition (PACVD) coating was described, along with the equipment
used and the influence of various parameters on the process. It also describes tests that provide
values for the tribological and mechanical properties of the mentioned coating. The thickness
of the PACVD TiN coating is approximately 0,7 µm, while the thickness of the PVD TiN
coating is 1 µm. From the conducted tests, it follows that the PACVD TiN coating has lower
adhesion and resistance to microabrasion than the PVD TiN coating.
