Abstract

Pri procesu brušenja, česti prekidi u procesu posljedica su prijevremenog mijenjanja brusnog alata. Uslijed niza mehaničkih, toplinskih ili kemijskih utjecaja prisutnih tijekom obrade dolazi do povećanog trošenja brusnog papira što negativno utječe na kvalitetu obrađene površine. Pravovremenom izmjenom brusnog alata to bi se moglo izbjeći. Projektom ARCOPS je stoga cilj razviti sustav za izravni i posredni nadzor procesa brušenja čime bi se podigla razina autonomnosti sustava. U cilju realizacije sustava za izravno određivanje stupnja istrošenosti alata i kvalitete površine nabavljen je optički beskontaktni senzor hrapavosti (model IF-SensorR25, Alicona GmbH) na čiji rad i kvalitetu mjerenja mogu negativno utjecati industrijski uvjeti poput vibracija, prašine i drugih poremećaja. U ovom završnom radu su stoga provedena mjerenja hrapavosti ispitnog uzorka (izbrušenog brusnim papirima različitih stupnjeva istrošenosti) te korištenih bruseva u industrijskim i laboratorijskim uvjetima čiji su rezultati uspoređeni i analizirani te su dati zaključci rada.

Abstract (english)

Quality of the machined surface is negatively affected by the wear of the sanding paper due to series of a mechanical, thermal or chemical influences present during a machining process. The goal of the project ARCOPS is to develop robotic machining system with possibilities of both direct and indirect prosess monitoring. The robotic cell is equipped with an optical non-contact rougness sensor (model IF-SensorR25, Alicona GmbH) whose operation and measurement quality can be negatively affected by industrial conditions such as vibrations, dust and other disturbances. In this thesis, measurements of the surface roughness were carried out on the test samples (sanded with sandpapers of different degrees of wear) under both industrial and laboratory conditions. The results were compared and analysed and there were given conlusions of the thesis.
