Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad podijeljen je na teorijski i eksperimentalni dio. U teorijskom dijelu detaljno je opisana zaštita metalnih konstrukcija upotrebom organskih premaza. Fokusirajući se na komponente premaza, istaknuta su svojstva različitih veziva koja se koriste u industriji za zaštitu od korozije. Posebna pažnja posvećena je pripremi površine mlazom abraziva, postupcima nanošenja premaza te potrebnoj opremi za izvođenje zaštite premazima. Dalje, detaljno je opisana tehnologija zaštite od korozije premazima na primjeru konstrukcije i cjevovoda unutar industrijskog postrojenja. Konkretno, prikazana je tehnologija antikorozivne zaštite organskim premazima kroz projekt separatora zraka, izveden od strane tvrtke Monter Strojarske montaže d.d.. Eksperimentalni dio ovog istraživanja obuhvatio je pripremu površine čeličnih uzoraka na dva različita načina, primjenu sustava premaza te provedbu laboratorijskih korozijskih ispitivanja. Također, provedena su ispitivanja fizikalnih svojstava sustava premaza. Na samom kraju, analizirani su rezultati istraživanja s posebnim osvrtom na utjecaj postupka pripreme površine na prionjivost premaza.

Abstract (english)

This thesis is divided into a theoretical and an experimental part. In the theoretical part, the protection
of metal structures using organic coatings is described in detail. Focusing on coating components,
the properties of various binders used in industry for corrosion protection are highlighted. Special
attention is paid to the preparation of the surface with abrasive blasting, coating application
procedures and the necessary equipment for performing coating protection. Next, the corrosion
protection technology with coatings is described in detail on the example of construction and
pipelines within an industrial plant. In particular, the technology of anti-corrosion protection with
organic coatings through the air separator project, carried out by the company Monter strojarske
montaže d.d. was presented. The experimental part of this research included the preparation of the
surface of steel samples in two different ways, the application of the coating system and the
implementation of laboratory corrosion tests. Also, tests of the physical properties of the coating
system were conducted. The research results were analyzed with special reference to the influence
of the surface preparation process on the adhesion of the coating.
