Abstract

Cilj ovog rada bio je osmisliti i izraditi umetak koji bi se uspješno koristio kao aktivni dio moderatora zvuka za lovačku pušku malog kalibra. Pri tome su korištene suvremene metode aditivne proizvodnje te su napravljena tri različita umetka na kojima je provedeno ispitivanje. U ovom diplomskom radu u teorijskom dijelu dan je opis moderatora zvuka za vatreno oružje, pregled vrsta moderatora i materijala za izradu. Također je opisana aditivna tehnologija te su navedeni postupci izrade i proizvodnje. U eksperimentalnom dijelu predložene su konstrukcije umetaka koje su zatim napravljene pomoću tehnologije taložnog očvršćivanja (FDM) i materijala ULTEM 1010 te su modeli potom ispitani.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper was to design and create an insert that would be successfully used as an active part of a sound moderator for a small-caliber hunting rifle. Modern additive manufacturing methods were employed and three different inserts were produced for experimentation. In the theoretical part of this thesis, a description of sound moderators for firearms, an overview of types of moderators and materials for their production were provided. Additionally, additive manufacturing technology was explained, including the procedures for construction and production. In the experimental section, insert designs were proposed, subsequently created using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology and ULTEM 1010 material, and the models were then tested.
