Abstract

U radu su opisane vrste tračničkih čelika te je analizirana njihova zavarljivost. Dan je pregled najčešćih postupaka zavarivanja tračnica s posebnim naglaskom na zavarivanje samozaštitnom praškom punjenom žicom. Detaljno je opisana tehnologija zavarivanja tračnica u poduzeću Zagrebački holding d.o.o. – podružnica ZET. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada izrađen je jedan uzorak prema postojećoj tehnologiji zavarivanja u spomenutom poduzeću i nekoliko uzoraka s alternativnim tehnologijama. Na uzorcima su provedena temeljita nerazorna i razorna ispitivanja koja su uključivala vizualnu, ultrazvučnu i radiografsku kontrolu te ispitivanje makrostrukture, mjerenje tvrdoće i statički vlačni pokus. Dobiveni rezultati su analizirani te su dani prijedlozi unaprjeđenja tehnologije.

Abstract (english)

The thesis describes the types of rail steels and analyzes their weldability. The most suitable processes for welding rails are dealt with and special attention is given to the Self-Shielded Flux Cored Arc Welding. The technology used for welding rails in Zagrebački holding d.o.o. – ZET is described in detail. In the experimental part of the thesis, one sample is produced in accordance with the existing technology and several other samples in accordance with alternative technologies. Thorough nondestructive and destructive testing was conducted on the samples. That included the visual, the ultrasonic and the radiographic testing and also the examination of macrostructure, the hardness testing and the tension test. Results are analyzed and suggestions for the improvement of the welding technology are given.
