Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad se bavi detaljnom analizom sustava unutrašnjeg transporta tvrtke Plastform d.o.o. U prvom dijelu rada dani se osnovni podaci o odabranoj tvrtki, uključujući njegovu kratku povijest, organizacijsku strukturu, opis lokacije, proizvodi katalog i detaljan opis proizvodnog procesa. Drugi dio rada fokusirao se na detaljan prikaz sustava unutrašnjeg transporta proizvodnje. Objašnjeno je postrojenje tvrtke i opisani su intralogistički pravci koji se odvijaju u njemu. Na osnovi mjerenja postojećeg procesa napravljeni su proračuni potrebnog vremena transporta i iskoristivosti transportnih sredstava. Na posljetku, dan je prijedlog unapređenja s obzirom na rezultat analize.
Abstract (english)
This master’s thesis deals with a detailed analysis of the internal transport system of Plastform d.o.o. The first part of the paper provides basic information about the selected company, including its brief history, organizational structure, location description, product catalog and detailed description of the production process. The second part of the paper focused on a detailed presentation of the internal production transport system. The company's facility is explained and the intralogistics routes that take place in it are described. Based on measurements of the existing process, calculations were made of the required transport time and the utilization of means of transport. At the end, a proposal for improvement is given considering the result of the analysis.
