Abstract
U ovom radu predstavljena je robotska obradna ćelija za brušenje ispitnih uzorka većih gabaritnih dimenzija. Unutar ćelije, obrada brušenja složenih pozicija vrši se pomoću obradnog robota sa šest stupnjeva slobode gibanja i pomoću okretno-nagibnog prigona. S obzirom da robotska obradna ćelija sadrži osam simultano upravljanih rotacijskih osi, otežano je ručno programiranje, stoga je potrebno primijeniti odgovarajući CAD/CAM programski paket. Za tu svrhu je u ovome radu odabran programski paket SprutCAM X Robot, unutar kojeg je prikazana izrada 3D modela robotske obradne ćelije. Korištenjem istog programskog paketa, definiran je tehnološki proces s putanjama alata za brušenje zadanog ispitnog uzorka. Pomoću odgovarajućeg postprocesora, za dobivene putanje alata generiran je NC program u programskom jeziku RAPID. U konačnici rada, provedena je simulacija obradnog procesa brušenja korištenjem robotskog paketa Robot Studio.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents a robotic machining cell for sanding thin-walled workpieces with large overall dimensions. Sanding of sample workpieces is performed using a machining robot with six degrees of freedom and a selected rotary-swivel drive. Given that the robotic machining cell contains eight simultaneously controlled axes, manual programming is difficult, so it is necessary to apply a suitable CAD/CAM software package. For this purpose, the SprutCAM X Robot software package was selected for the robotic machining cell. The software was used for the creation of the robotic machining cell 3D model and to define the technological process with tool paths for sanding of a given test sample. Using the suitable postprocessor, a NC program for resulting toolpaths was generated in the RAPID programming language. In the final part of the thesis, a simulation of the machining process was performed using the software package Robot Studio.
