Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu obrađen je zadatak konstruiranja podizne platforme za periodičku inspekciju mosnih granika. U teorijskom uvodu obrađene su različite vrste platforma, njihova primjena te su objašnjeni vremenski okviri inspekcije granika. Potom je provedena analiza tržišta kojom je dobiven uvid u već postojeća rješenja. Na temelju analize generirana su i opisana tri različita koncepta. Koncepti su ocijenjeni po određenim kriterijima, a optimalan koncept odabran je za daljnju razradu. Odabran je koncept sa škarastim mehanizmom. Prvo je provedena analiza škarastog mehanizma gdje su određena opterećenja. Po završetku analize mehanizma proveden je proračun konstrukcije te su odabrani odgovarajući dijelovi. Konstruirani su košara, škarasti mehanizam te baza platforme s pogonskim kotačima. Model i tehnička dokumentacija izrađeni su u programskom paketu SolidWorks te je na kraju rada prikazan 3D model platforme.

Abstract (english)

This master thesis will be covering the design of a lifting platform whose purpose is the periodic inspection of bridge cranes. At the theoretical introduction, different types of lifting platforms and their purpose will be discussed, such as the time frames of border inspections. Subsequently, a market analysis has been conducted which provided an insight into already existing solutions. Based on the analysis, three different concepts were generated and described. Concepts are evaluated according to certain criteria. The optimal concept is selected for further development. As optimal solution, concept that includes a scissor mechanism was chosen. Firstly, analysis of the scissor mechanism was carried out, where the loads were determined. This is followed by construction calculation and the appropriate components were selected. At this part, basket, scissor mechanism and a platform base with drive wheels were constructed. The model and technical documentation were created in the SolidWorks software package. At the end of this work, the 3D platform model will be presented.
