Abstract

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je konstruirati stabilnu i sigurnu napravu za unutarnju primjenu za održavanje različitih položaja tijela osoba određenog invaliditeta. Naprava je namijenjena medicinskim i rehabilitacijskim ustanovama tako da se korisnici izmjenjuju, a terapeut je uvijek prisutan. Zbog promjene više korisnika, potrebno je ostvariti modularnost naprave prema različitim antropomjerama. Kroz rad je dan prikaz nekoliko skupina takvih naprava s naglaskom na različitosti u namjeni, konstrukciji i prisutnim mehanizmima. Zatim su na temelju proučenog definirani konstrukcijski zahtjevi, funkcijska struktura i morfološka matrica proizvoda. Generirana su i prema šest kriterija vrednovana tri koncepta, od kojih je najbolji dodatno razrađen i modeliran u programu Solidworks. U proračunu je dimenzionirano navojno vreteno zaslužno za promjenu nagiba naprave te elementi u zglobovima gdje se naprava povezuje s bazom. Sama baza je analizirana metodom konačnih elemenata kako bi se osigurala čvrstoća naprave. Konačna naprava omogućuje položaj na leđima i potrbuške s vertikalnim pomakom od 120 mm i promjenom kuta do 80°.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this master's thesis is to design a stable and safe device for internal use to support individuals with specific disabilities in maintaining various body positions. The device is intended for medical and rehabilitation institutions, where users alternate and a therapist is always present. Due to the changing user profiles, it is necessary to achieve modularity in the device to accommodate different anthropometric measurements. The thesis presents several groups of such devices with an emphasis on differences in purpose, construction, and incorporated mechanisms. Based on the studied information, the design requirements, functional structure, and morphological matrix of the product are defined. Three concepts were generated, evaluated based on six criteria, and the best one was further developed and modeled using Solidworks. The calculation involved dimensioning the threaded rod responsible for adjusting the device's tilt and elements in the joints where the device connects to the base. The base itself was analyzed using finite element method to ensure the device's structural integrity. The final device grants prone and supine positions with a vertical movement of 120 mm and an angle adjustment of up to 80°.
