Abstract

Mjeriteljstvo teksture površine vrlo je bitna grana inženjerstva koja se bavi mjerenjem mikro i nanogeometrijskih nepravilnosti na površinama koje bitno utječu na radna svojstva strojnih dijelova. Upravo zbog toga mjeriteljstvo teksture površine opisano je brojnim normama koje sadrže parametre, simbole, formule i oznake, a sve u svrhu lakšeg i pouzdanijeg mjerenja. Takve norme nastale su već krajem 1990-ih godina pod nazivom: ISO 1302, ISO 4287 te ISO 4288. Danas se te norme nastoje zamijeniti novonastalom normom ISO 21920.
Zadatak ovog rada bio je detaljno opisati navedene norme te na temelju toga objasniti izmjene koje se događaju u području mjeriteljstva teksture površine te iz toga zaključiti o obimu izmjena i njihovom utjecaju na mjeriteljsku zajednicu.

Abstract (english)

Surface texture measurement is a very important branch of engineering that deals with the measurement of microgeometrical irregularities on surfaces that significantly affect the working properties of machine parts. Precisely because of this, metrology of surface texture is described by numerous standards that contain parameters, symbols, formulas and marks, all for the purpose of easier and more reliable measurement. Such standards were already created at the end of the 1990s under the names: ISO 1302, ISO 4287 and ISO 4288. Today, these standards are being replaced by the newly created ISO 21920 standard.
The task of this work was to describe the mentioned standards in detail and, based on that, to explain the changes that are taking place in the field of surface texture metrology, and from that to conclude about the scope of the changes and their impact on the metrology community
