Abstract

Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je bio konstruirati rotacijski portalni granik čija nosivost iznosi 15 kN uz određene dimenzijske restrikcije. Ukratko su opisani portalni granici, njihovi principi rada te područja primjene. Proučavanjem trenutnih konstrukcijskih riješenja na tržištu napravljen je prijedlog koncepata pojedinih elemenata granika. Kombinacijom koncepata pojedinih elemenata izrađeno je nekoliko konceptnih riješenja čijom evaluacijom je određen optimalan koncept koji je dalje detaljno konstrukcijski razrađen. Prilikom konstrukcijske razrade proveden je proračun svih pognoskih te nosivih elemenata konstrukcije, što ujedno i predstavlja glavni opus ovog rada. Sam proračun je potkrijepljen skicama te prikazima konstrukcije izrađene u programskom paketu „SOLIDWORKS“. Naposlijetku je u kratkom zaključku predstavljeno kako razrađeno riješenje zadovoljava sve postavljene uvjete te što se može isčitati iz priložene tehničke dokumentacije.

Abstract (english)

The task of this master's thesis was to design a rotational gantry gate with a load capacity of 15 kN while considering certain dimensional restrictions. The gantry cranes, their working principles, and areas of application were briefly described. By studying the current design solutions on the market, proposals for concepts of individual gate elements were made. By combining the concepts of individual elements, several conceptual solutions were developed, and through their evaluation, an optimal concept was determined and further detailed in terms of design. During the design development, calculations were performed for all structural and load-bearing elements of this structure, which represents the main focus of this work. The calculations are supported by sketches and representations of the design created using the "SOLIDWORKS" software package. Finally, in a brief conclusion, it is presented how the developed solution meets all the specified requirements and what can be inferred from the accompanying technical documentation.
