Abstract

Tema ovog rada je konstruiranje postolja afektivnog robota PLEA u obliku tri modula, svaki od kojih ima posebnu funkciju. Predviđena tehnologija izrade postolja je aditivna proizvodnja odnosno FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) metoda. U ovom radu posebna pažnja prilikom konstruiranja svakog dijela dodjeljuje se pravilnom oblikovanju dijelova kako bi iskorištena količina potpornog materijala prilikom proizvodnje bila minimalna. Za svaki modul navedene su standardne komponente za koje je potrebno konstruirati odgovarajući prihvat u modulima. Za svaku od standardnih komponenata navedene su tehničke specifikacije. Moduli su konstruirani tako da su međusobno izmjenjivi tj. da je moguće izvaditi jedan ili više modula koji nije glavni modul, a da robot i dalje obavlja glavnu funkciju, a to je prepoznavanje ljudskih emocija pomoću kamere i emitiranje istih na lice robota pomoću projektora. Na kraju rada prikazuju se sve moguće konfiguracije postolja robota prilikom izmjenjivanja modula.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this paper is the design of the base of the affective robot PLEA in the form of three modules, each of which has a special function. The planned technology for making the robot's base is additive manufacturing, more precisely, the FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) method. Special attention during designing of each part is given to achieving the proper shape of the parts so that the amount of support material during production is minimal. For each module, standard components are listed and for each of them a suitable holder in the modules is designed. Technical specifications are listed for each of the standard components. The modules are designed so that they are interchangeable, i.e. it is possible to remove one or more modules that are not the main module, and the robot still performs its main function. The robot's main function is recognizing human emotions using a camera and then broadcast them to the robot's face using a projector. At the end of the paper, all possible configurations of the robot's base are displayed.
