Abstract

U ovom radu konstruiran je cjepač drva. Pregledana su postojeća rješenja koja se nude na
tržištu. Iz postojećih rješenja povučeni su zaključci kakav cjepač mora biti, te je prema tim
zaključcima napravljen koncept. S gotovim konceptom krenula je izrada modela cjepača i
odabir hidrauličkih koncepata. Detaljno su opisane komponente hidrauličkog sustava koje se
koriste za cjepač te je objašnjen način rada hidrauličkog sustava. Na modelu rađeni su
osnovni statički proračuni konstrukcije te su se prema tim proračunima određene dimenzije
nosive konstrukcije cjepača.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, a wood splitter was constructed. Existing solutions offered on the market were
reviewed. From the existing solutions, conclusion were drawn as to what the splitter must be,
and based on these conclusion, a concept was created. With the finished concept, the
production of the splitter model and the selection of hydraulic concepts began. The
components of the hydraulic system used for the splitter are described in detail, and the way
the hydraulic system works is explained. Basic static calculations of the structure were made
on the model, and the dimensions of the load-bearing structure of the splitter were determined
according to these calculations.
