Abstract

U ovom završnom radu bilo je potrebno konstruirati stropni mosni granik. Cilj je bio nosivu konstrukciju granika izvesti tako da se vozna staza granika ovjesi na strop kako bi se omogućila što veća visina dizanja unutar zadane visine prostorije. Nakon uvodnog razmatranja o mosnim granicima, analizirano je nekoliko postojećeih rješenja na temelju kojih se onda sastavilo nekoliko koncepcijskih rješenja. Razmatranjem zadanih projektnih zahtjeva odabralo se optimalno rješenje, s kojim se išlo u daljnju razradu. Pošto prijenosni omjer nije zadan u zadatku, putem orijentacijskog proračuna došlo se do zaključka kako je za izradu ovakovog mosnog granika najbolje ići sa što manjim prijenosnim omjerom, a ključan podatak za donošenje takve odluke bila je spoznaja o minimalnoj dopuštenoj udaljenosti sklopa kuke od sklopa bubnja. Nadalje pristupilo se proračunu svih ključnih dijelova mosnog granika,odabriu odgovarajućih standardnih komponenti i pogonskih strojeva.Zaključno je izrađena potrebna tehnička dokumentacija u programskom paketu PTC Creo.

Abstract (english)

In this final thesis, it was needed to construct a ceiling bridge crane. The goal was to carry out
the load-bearing structure of the bridge crane so that the track of the crane is suspended from
the ceiling in order to enable the highest possible lifting height within the given height of the
room. After the preliminary consideration of bridge cranes, several existing solutions were
analyzed, on the basis of which several conceptual solutions were compiled. By considering
the given project requirements, the optimal solution was chosen, which was used for further
elaboration. Since the transmission ratio is not given in the task, through the orientational
calculation, we came to the conclusion that it is best to go with the smallest possible
transmission ratio for making this kind of bridge crane, and the key information for making
such a decision was the knowledge of the minimum distance from the hook assembly to the
drum assembly. Furthermore, the calculation of all key parts of the bridge crane was
started,all of the standard components and prime movers were chosen. In conclusion, the
necessary technical documentation was created in the PTC Creo software package.
