Abstract

Ovim završnim radom je napravljena konstrukcijska razrada ručne zupčaničke preše s kućištem
u zavarenoj izvedbi.
Prvo je obavljen pregled postojećih proizvoda na tržištu u svrhu odabira modela za funkcijsku
dekompoziciju. Na temelju dekompozicije se radi morfološka matrica. Drugim riječima,
izdvajaju se određene podfunkcije i opisuju parcijalna rješenja za njih. Različitim
kombinacijama parcijalnih rješenja su dobivena tri koncepta. Zatim je provedeno vrednovanje
koncepata, čime je odabran najbolje ocijenjen koncept za daljnju konstrukcijsku razradu.
Za odabrani koncept je proveden proračun i izrađena tehnička dokumentacija.

Abstract (english)

With this final paper, the design development of the manual gear press with a welded casing
was made.
First was performed an overview of existing products on the market in order to select a model
for functional decomposition. Based on the decomposition, a morphological matrix is created.
In other words, certain subfunctions are singled out and partial solutions for them are described.
Three concepts were obtained by different combinations of partial solutions. Then the
evaluation of the concepts was carried out, which selected the best-rated concept for further
design development.
For the chosen concept, the calculation was carried out and the technical documentation was
created.
