Abstract

Tema ovog završnog zadatka je konstrukcija uređaja za izradu cirkularnog polja provrta na kružnim šperpločama. Uređaj se temelji na konstrukciji jednostavne glodalice koja je namijenjena malim proizvodnim pogonima ili kućnim radionama. Za vrijeme razrade koncepata i konačnog rješenja, trebalo je voditi brigu o tome da uređaj mora biti siguran za korištenje od strane za to osposobljene osobe; te da nakon namještanja parametara i pozicije uređaj automatski vrši izradu provrta. Također, bitna stavka je točan izbor tehnologije za izradu polja provrta. Bitno svojstvo uređaja je prihvaćanje različitih alata poput prstastog glodala, čeonog glodala i svrdla, te mogućnost odabira nagiba alata kako bi se postigao željeni kut izrade provrta. Uz sve navedene zahtjeve bitan je i zahtjev cijene, koja mora biti što prihvatljivija kućnim radionama. Nakon koncipiranja uređaja pomoću funkcijske dekompozicije, morfološke matrice te konačne razrade odabranog koncepta, dolazi do proračuna u kojemu su proračunati bitniji konstrukcijski dijelovi. Na kraju razrade, pomoću programskog paketa SOLIDWORKS®, izrađuje se 3D CAD model s pripadajućom tehničkom dokumentacijom.

Abstract (english)

The main theme of this task is to design a device for manufacturing a pollar array of holes on circular plywood. The device is inspired by the design of a simple mill that is targeted towards small workshops and home workshops. During the design of concepts and final solution, it was important that the device is safe to use by trained personnel, and that after setting the desired parameters and positioning the process is being automated. Also, important item was the correct choice of manufacturing technology for the array of holes. Another important property of the device is compatibility with various tools such as end mill, face mill and drill bits, and the asbility to adjust the tilt angle of the tool for desired hole angle. With all listed requests, it is very important to keep the device low cost, so it can be affordable to small home workshops. After the conceptualizing of the device by functional decomposition, morphological matrix, and final concept development, comes calculation of main components. At the end, the 3D CAD model is made by SOLIDWORKS® programme with associated technical documentation.
