Abstract

Ovaj se završni rad bavi određivanjem elastičnih deformacija kod stezanja obratka primjenom beskontaktnog 3D skenera ATOS 5X. U prvom dijelu rada dan je kratki opis tehnologija kontaktnog i beskontaktnog 3D skeniranja. U drugom dijelu rada prikazan je proces pripreme stezne naprave i ispitnog uzorka za skeniranje. Objašnjeni su i prikazani postupci kalibracije, digitalizacije stezne naprave te poligonizacije. Na kraju rada prikazana je usporedba namjerno elastično deformiranih haubi s digitaliziranim podacima nedeformirane haube u softveru GOM Inspect.

Abstract (english)

This thesis deals with the determination of elastic deformations during workpiece clamping using a non-contact 3D scanner ATOS 5X. In the first part of the paper a brief description of contact and non-contact 3D scanning technologies is given. In the second part of the paper , preparation for 3D scanning of a clamping tool and a workpiece is explained. The procedures for calibration, digitalization of the clamping device and polygonization are explained and presented. At the end of the paper, a comparison of deliberately elastically deformed hoods with digitized data of an undeformed hood in the GOM Inspect software is presented.
