Abstract

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je rješavanje problema kod čišćenja i servisiranja tenka M84.
Započinje se s općim pregledom podizača za vozila te pregledom postojećih rješenja za slične
operativne parametre. Zatim se iz detaljnog opisa i tehničkih karakteristika borbenih vozila sa
gusjenicama određuju potrebne dimenzije platforme podizača. Generirano je ukupni sedam
koncepata koji zadovoljavaju zahtjeve zadanog problema te je za detaljnu razradu odabran
koncept sa dva serijski postavljena škarasta mehanizma. Nakon određivanja sila u sustavu i
radnog područja podizača odabrani su i proračunati svi dijelovi konstrukcije. Na kraju je
izdrađen 3D CAD model podizača i potrebna tehnička dokumentacija.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this thesis is solving the issues of maintaining (cleaning) and servicing if the M84
tank. The thesis begins with a general overview of vehicle lifters and existing solutions with
similar operational parameters. Following this overview, a detailed description and technical
characteristics of tracked fighting vehicles determines the dimensions of the lifter platform.
Seven concepts are generated which fulfill the requirements of this task. The concept with two
scissor mechanisms was chosen for further development. Once the load and operational
characteristics were determined, control of the strength and rigidity of the structural elements
was carried out. As well as this, standard elements of construction were chosen. Finally, a 3D
CAD model of the lifter was made as well as the required technical documentation.
