Abstract

Ovaj završni rad opisuje načelno rješenje problema upravljanja materijalnim tokovima sirovina za proizvodnju stakla. Da bi to bilo moguće bitno je upoznati sam proces nastanka stakla od skladištenja materijala pa sve do naposlijetku dobivenog homogenog i krhkog stakla. U tom procesu su prije svega bitne smjese sirovina i termička obrada tih sirovina. Pri proizvodnji izlaznih proizvoda teži se identičnosti, a to se najprije ostvaruje automatizacijom svih procesnih radnji. U tu svrhu se primjenjuju hardware programabilnog logičkog kontrolera i njemu pripadajući software čija se implementacija pokazuje na grafičko operatorskom sučelju. Ovaj sustav za svoju realizaciju treba izvršne članove tj. aktuatore i senzore uz pomoć kojih pratimo slijed proizvodnje. U radu je stoga prikazana razrada tehnoloških procesa i njihove automatizacije korištenjem upravljačkog uređaja i programske podrške tvrtke Mitsubishi Electric.

Abstract (english)

This bachelor thesis outlines the principal solution of the problem of managing raw materials for glass production. For this to be possible, it is important to become familiar with the process of glass manufacturing from the storage of materials all the way to the finally produced homogeneous and brittle glass. In this process, mixtures of raw materials and heat treatment of these raw materials are essential. The output products need to have practically identical physical properties, and this is primarily achieved by automating all process operations. For this purpose, the hardware of the programmable logic controller and the associated software are used. The implementation of this is shown on the operator interface. This technological process needs actuators and sensors with the help of which we monitor the production sequence. Therefore, this thesis presents the analysis of technological processes and their automation using control devices and software from Mitsubishi Electric Company.
