Abstract

Tema ovog rada je konstrukcija alata za savijanje čelične armature. To je alat koji služi za
dotjerivanje i savijanje armature na gradilištima, a armaturu savija pomoću tri osovine. U radu
je razrađen problem izrade takvog alata, od analize postojećih rješenja alata za savijanje
armature pa do izrade i vrednovanja koncepta mogućeg rješenja ovog rada. Nakon vrednovanja
i odabira najboljeg koncepta provodi se proračun svih bitnih dijelova alata za savijanje
armature. Konačni model odabranog koncepta te tehnička dokumentacija su izrađeni u
programskom paketu Solidworks.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this thesis is the design of steel reinforcement bending tool. It is a tool used for
bending steel reinforcement on construction sites, it bends steel using three shafts. The paper
elaborates the problem of making such a tool, from the analysis of existing solutions of tools
for bending steel reinforcement to the development and evaluation of the concept of a possible
solution of this thesis. After evaluating and selecting the best concept, the calculation of all
essential parts of the tool for bending reinforcement is carried out. The final model of the
selected concept and technical documentation were created in the Solidworks software package.
