Abstract

U prvom djelu rada predstavljeni su osnovni pojmovi vezani uz aditivne tehnologije i neki najvažniji primjeri primjene u području zrakoplovnog inženjerstva. Pošto je razvoj aditivnih tehnologija za izradu vlaknima ojačanih kompozitnih zrakoplovnih konstrukcija trenutno u velikom zamahu, u nastavku rada su prikazane tehnologije i materijali koji svojim mehaničkim svojstvima predstavljaju alternativu u proizvodnji zrakoplova.
U drugom dijelu rada izrađeni su numerički modeli zrakoplovne konstrukcije napravljene pomoću tradicionalnih načina proizvodnje i aditivnih tehnologija. Temeljem istih provedena je numerička analiza čvrstoće u Abaqus/Standard® programu te su uspoređeni rezultati za različite materijale i tehnologije proizvodnje.

Abstract (english)

In the first part of the Thesis, the basic concepts related to additive technologies and some of the most important examples of application in the field of aeronautical engineering are presented. Since the development of additive manufacturing for the production of fiber reinforced composite aircraft structures is currently in rapid growth, the Thesis presents technologies and materials that, with their mechanical properties, represent an alternative in aircraft production.
In the second part of the Thesis, numerical models of aircraft structures using traditional production methods and additive technologies were generated. These models were used in numerical stress analysis in Abaqus/Standard® program and the results for different materials and production technologies were compared.
